Water Safety Education Call to Action: Swim Safe Forever
Our mission is two fold: Education & Scholarships. Once a family has the Water Safety Education, they may need a means to skill their child. This is when the SSF Scholarship program steps in. This project focuses on the part of our mission to educate the community about the dangers of childhood drowning and the steps that can be taken to prevent it. You can help by donating to this project.
Very excited about our new corporate sponsorship from Hippo Roofing! Thank you for believing in Swim Safe Forever, and joining our mission to eliminate childhood drowning through education and scholarships! We can't wait to update our community on the number of scholarships we will be able to donate through your generous support!
Thank you Tiffany Farrell Barrineau and Jenny for representing SSF!

About This Project:
Drowning is the #1 cause of accidental death in children under the age of 4. Did you know this? Would it change the way you viewed a water source? Would parents think of their pool a little differently if they understood the very real dangers that exist? Do they know that they can actually equip their child to save themselves by teaching them to roll onto their back and float?
Our Education Committee actively seeks out opportunities to educate the community regarding the layers of protection necessary to prevent childhood drowning. The committee seeks out speaking opportunities at parent workshops, and attendance at other events where we can set up a booth and bring a water safety presence.
The Education Committee is also actively reaching out to first responders and the medical community to provide information regarding the layers of water safety protection.
A child who knows how to save himself in an aquatic environment is a child who survives! This is the difference between life and death.
Funds raised go directly to support our education committee needs to make an impact.
